Rider Release Forms

Please complete and return the day of your first ride!

The files here may be downloaded and printed at home, completed prior to riding, and brought with you the day of your first lesson or trail ride.  If you do not have a way to print the files, we will provide them to you upon arrival.  Please be sure to have information for 2 emergency contacts.

If the rider is younger than 18, a parent/guardian will need to sign the documents with a witness at the Stable to ensure all papers are completed properly prior to riding.
